I'm Brian Tancock, founder of Reprise Coaching. For the past ten years I've coached psychologists, psychotherapists and coaches on the business development side of their practices — the part of the work that clinical and coaching training rarely covers.

Before that, my background is in people, project, technology and risk management, mostly in international banking.

Brian is the Founder of Informing Minds Ltd, a company that guides psychologists in the growth and running of their businesses. Part of this role includes coaching them on how to develop their futures in such a way that leads to achieving both their personal and business goals.

Brian is also the Co-Founder of NIPIT Training Ltd, a business dedicated to transforming the understanding of neurodivergence within the emergency services. Brian grew up in a police family, and two of his three sons are in the police and army.
