A reprise isn't a repeat
I'm 60. A few years ago I noticed I'd started ticking the last age bracket on every form — and with it, a quiet assumption that I was past my useful years.
Some of that ageism is imposed on us. A lot of it, we do to ourselves. I've worked in tech since 1984 — my first computer was in 1977, and I'm online every day. What I see there is a conversation dominated by people half our age, chasing hustle and hype. We're simply not represented.
More people are over 50, 60 and 70 today than ever before — and most of us aren't retired. Reprise Coaching exists to help us meet that with confidence, real skills, and a plan.
Not resignation, and not another voice telling us to hustle harder. It's the same theme, played again, with everything you've learned since the first time round.
